Salzman Promoted to Director, Social Science & Analytics

in News/by csalzman

Seed Strategy is thrilled to announce that Catherine Salzman has been promoted to Director, Social Science & Analytics.

Over the past year, Salzman has pioneered new thinking for Seed and its clients by leading the development of the firm’s Social Reality capability. Over the course of her 12-year career, she’s honed a talent for analyzing the authentic experiences people share on social media and turning it into actionable business insights. This unique form of unaided consumer data has not only added up-to-the-moment relevance to Seed’s research recommendations, but has also infused real-world context that truly brings a vision to life. Her work in this space has bolstered everything from business cases to simple word choice, bringing a heightened level of accuracy and resonance to all that Seed offers.

“Catherine’s passion for creating people-centric methods and telling compelling stories has quickly become a game-changer for Seed and its clients,” said Sean Smyth, Seed’s EVP, Head of Strategy. “Her work on some of Seed’s instrumental accounts over the past year has set the groundwork for exciting things ahead. With Catherine in this new position, we are excited to continue the momentum of this inspiring new phase for Seed and Burke.”
