Geesaman Joins Strategy Leadership Team

in News/by acapton

Seed Strategy is pleased to announce that Troy Geesaman has joined the growth acceleration firm as SVP, Strategy. Geesaman will leverage his vast innovation and strategy experience to help lead clients to achieving their visions for transformative growth.

Geesaman has spent decades on both the client and agency side of the business, leading the development and launch of several new product innovations—many of which are still on shelf today. His keen ear for consumer insight coupled with his natural ability to unite disparate teams and silos allow him to seamlessly partner with his clients to achieve breakthrough success.

Geesaman brings rich experience across many categories, including CPG, Wine and Spirits, Department Store Retail, Athletic Apparel, Banking, Pet, Pharma, and Health and Beauty. He earned his master’s degree in marketing from Johns Hopkins University, and is currently an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business, lecturing on presentation skills and leadership.

“We are thrilled to welcome Troy to our dynamic strategy team,” said Seed President and Chief Strategy Officer, Eric Scheer. “His proven leadership and his record of successful new product launches will make him an invaluable asset to our clients. Troy’s uniquely diversified experience as a teacher, lecturer and innovator are in line with our philosophy regarding the skills that make for the best innovation minds, and we look forward to great things ahead.”
