Seed Welcomes Two Summer Associates
With warmer weather also comes Seed’s summer internship program. This year, the growth acceleration firm is pleased to welcome two exceptional students to join its ranks for the next ten weeks, Emma Mitchiner and Macie Whitbeck.
Mitchiner is a rising senior from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, majoring in Marketing and Business Analytics with a minor in Psychology. She will be playing an active role on the strategy team, leveraging her diverse leadership and internship experiences, and bringing a unique perspective on international business, having recently completed a semester abroad in Budapest.
Whitbeck is a rising senior from the Savannah College of Art and Design, majoring in Service Design with a minor in Interaction Design. She will be fulfilling a unique role at Seed this summer, bridging the Strategy and Creative teams with her unique academic experience and passion for people, processes, technology and the interactions between them.
Over the next ten weeks, Mitchiner and Whitbeck will be diving headfirst into current and developing projects, working closely with a range of Seedlings to gain rich, real-world experience to help further develop and define their career goals. They will each also be designing and pursuing a personal passion project, culminating in a final presentation at the end of their stay with Seed.
“We are thrilled to have Emma and Macie joining us for the summer,” said program organizer and Seed Project Director Shira Beder. “They each bring a unique set of skills to the table, and we look forward to the opportunities and growth that lie ahead for them both.”
