Seed Strategy is proud to announce that CEO and Founder Susan Jones is featured in the premiere issue of Momentum, a digital magazine published by Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
Jones’ profile piece includes a video about taking Seed from vision to reality, a day-in-the-life photo essay and a Seed-created infographic on what it takes to win in innovation.
The launch issue also features fellow alumni Ashley Volbrecht, founder of Truckshop, and Entrepreneurship Professor Dr. Donald F. Kuratko, the Jack M. Gill Distinguished Chair of Entrepreneurship and the Executive and Academic Director of the Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
“All three share the ability to see—and seize—opportunity. These moments of insight have changed their lives and the lives of those around them for the better. That is what momentum in business is all about, strength gained by a series of events and encounters,” says the Dean of the Kelley School of Business, in a release announcing the magazine’s launch.
Jones, an alumna of the esteemed business school, is grateful to be a part of the publication’s debut—and for the experiences, skills and mentorship she received during her time at IU. In return, she makes investing in the next generation of talent a top priority today. All within the past year, she was selected to be a part of the Dean’s Council, starred in “Kelley Courage,” a promotional campaign for the business school, and was asked to host an upcoming webinar, “Creating a Culture of Innovation.” She was thrilled when the team behind Momentum approached her for a story.
“I am incredibly honored to be a part of this outstanding publication and to stay connected with others who are a part of the Kelley community,” Jones said. “The team did such a wonderful job capturing Seed’s story and I hope it inspires students and alumni alike to chase their dreams wholeheartedly.”
