Seed Welcomes Two Summer Associates
The Seed Strategy Internship Program recently kicked off its ninth consecutive year, welcoming two talented college students to spend 10 weeks with the growth acceleration firm.
Seed’s Internship Program provides the opportunity for students to learn global best practices in innovation, creativity and strategic development from a hands-on perspective. Seed also ensures accelerated development through career mentoring relationships with senior employees.
After sifting through a record-high number of applications, Seed has welcomed Lauren Dekker and Shira Beder to the team.
Dekker is a junior from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where she is pursuing a degree in Marketing, Professional Sales and Management. Beder, too, attends IU’s Kelley School of Business, studying Marketing and Business Analytics.
Both Dekker and Beder will be working closely with Seed’s strategy team, gaining rich, real-world experience learning alongside various multi-functional teams, which in turn helps to further develop and define their career goals.
“We are so excited for Shira and Lauren to join us this summer,” said program organizer and Seed Project Director Taylor Exline. “The internship program is such a special part of Seed’s culture—both for the students and for us Seedlings. We’re all looking forward to another fantastic summer filled with learning, growth and, of course, lots of fun.”
