Help a global Fortune 500 food and beverage company harness the collective intelligence and creative spirit of its employees to identify and develop new innovations that solve business problems, capitalize on future opportunities and unlock profitable growth—all in a compressed 7-week timeline.

OUR APPROACH:

  • Idea Refinement & Optimization: Worked with intrapreneurs to refine and optimize their ideas (identify the best brand fit, channels, varieties and ways to make the idea bigger).

  • Strategic Narration Development: Coached the founders to develop a clear and compelling narrative that fleshed out their innovation, its supporting proof points and potential benefits to the organization.

  • Package Design and Co-creation: Brought ideas to life via photorealistic visuals of the offering with branding and primary packaging.

  • Pitch Preparation & Delivery: Led intrapreneur through the preparation and delivery of an 8-10 slide pitch deck to persuade senior leaders (CEO, CMO, CFO, etc.) to provide funding for their innovations.

OUTCOME:
All six idea founders supported by Seed got great reactions on their pitches from the Executive Team.

Three idea founders were “green lighted” with approval to move forward and specific budgets, two idea founders had their innovations folded into existing company innovation work streams and one founder (the sole external submitter and a recent college grad) did not have her idea move forward but did receive an on-the-spot job offer from the CEO in recognition for the quality of her work.

The ideas moving forward are projected to deliver more than $100MM in incremental sales for the parent company.
