Internship Description
Creative people, we have been looking for you. Here at Seed, your ability to think strategically is as much a key to your success as your visual design skills. Your role at Seed will be to help navigate very complex and ambiguous business problems for our clients and bring to light solutions that inspire, both visually and verbally. Due to Seed’s collaborative working style, the right candidate will revel in sharing ideas as well as responsibilities with team members and senior staff.
To become a part of the team you must:
- – Have the ability to research the brand, consumer and category to strategically identify potential pathways to solutions
- – Be able to conceptualize and design multiple relevant solutions
- – Show interest in contributing to a diverse mix of projects such as: branding projects, new product innovations, and strategic consulting projects
- – Be flexible and take direction from management, but also be comfortable taking ownership of projects
- – Show the ability to multi-task and respond quickly and positively to changing demands
- – Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- – Demonstrate a love for innovation in any form
Your work should reveal:
- – A strong design skills and an interest in strategy and research
- – Competent to superior knowledge of relevant digital applications, specifically: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Products
- – Ability to articulate the project journey through well-designed presentations and storytelling
- – Ability to work quickly and solve problems
